General Info
Each sectional will last 30 to 45 min (the time could be shorter if things are fixed quickly).
These are a major part of your band grade this six weeks and next six weeks. Each student receives a grade of 100. If you are late, your grade is given proportionate to the time you have left in your sectional
If you do not attend these functions, you could be in jeopardy of not going with us to UIL Contest. If you fall behind attending, parental contact will be made to make sure parents and students are aware of the problem and you potentially failing this class course.
If there is a situation that arises concerning these sectionals and clinics, it is YOUR responsibility to communicate the problem.
If you are sick or other situations arise that are unforeseen, you will need to make up the grade. Again, it will be your responsibility to set up a time with me.
If your music is ready to the level I think you can be successful on, the remaining sectionals will be cancelled.
Any missed sectional will need to be made up in order to get proper credit.
The Pre-UIL concert will be April 10. This concert is not an option and will be considered your six weeks grade.
